Return & Refund

Returns must be made within 3 days upon receiving. For example, you receive the item on 3th. Then, you need to return back the item by 6th. If you ship out the item on 7th, I will return the item back to you and you won't get any refund.

Here are simple procedure how to return an item:
1. Contact me immediately through email/sms that you want to return the item.
2. I will give you return address.
3. Wrap the item carefully just like the way you received it.
4. Ship the item via Registered Mail, Pos Laju or Pos Domestic (with tracking number).

* I am not responsible for 'loss items' due to not following this simple instruction.

*Pls bear in mind that ur satisfaction is our priority.We don't want your money if you not satisfied with our product.That is why we allowed you to return the item.


Refunds

Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refund will be given if the item is returned in its original condition ONLY. Otherwise, refund will NOT be given. I will issue a refund after I receive the item.
